Using a needle no se pliers remove the smaller spring, the spring closest to the front of the sled, starting with the end of the spring that goes through the governoractuating arm. My only advice, get them on the 120 early, and be prepared to upgrade. if you start it and squeeze the throttle and look at the carb, you will see the throttle cable move and the governor arm floats a bit on paper clip thing but will not allow governor arm to move back so it revs out. I may have forgotten a step or two but this is the gist of it, if I missed anything somebody will chime in. it starts up but when u give it the throttel it dies. This photo also shows the governor control rod. Before you begin you'll also need to remove the rocker arms and put pressure on the valves from inside the cylinder. Remove side cover. The goverors on others, especially cats are different. (into the big fill hole, in the back) Reinstall the engine.
